What are the go-to snacks you like to eat?
I really like Summerhill Market truffle chips and their tortillas but you can’t eat too many because they’re pure grease. During the lockdown, these have definitely been a treat.
Do you brush your teeth when you wake up or after eating breakfast?
After eating always. You don’t want that breath throughout the day.
Do you wet your toothbrush before or after you apply toothpaste?
Both. Before, put the toothpaste on, and after. Maximum wetness.
Who would you choose to play you in a movie about your life?
Abbi from Broad City is awkward like me, but she’s a real one. She’s strong and smart and funny, and I aspire to be like her.
Favourite Restaurant in Toronto?
First of all, this is the hardest question by far. If I had to choose, Buca Yorkville. The care and quality are unparalleled. I’ve had amazing times with my family there and the branzino crudo is the best thing I’ve ever eaten in Toronto.
What does equality mean to you?
When there are no barriers, and all voices can be equal. There’s no weight on one person over the other, everyone has the same voice. Hopefully, we can all hear each other clearly in our lifetime.

It’s 2020, what does this decade look like to you?
It’s a paradigm shift. Hopefully, it will go in the favour of meaningful discourse and some of these dusty institutions can be dismantled.
